An Accredited Cruise Counselor and member of CLIA, he founded Cruising with Rich, specializing in group cruises and educational events. His focus on building meaningful professional communities has helped make Audiobooks at Sea one of the audiobook industry’s most relationship- driven conferences. In 2023, Celebrity Cruises named him Partner of the Year and inducted him into its Iconic Advisor Club.
